Harambee Stars head coach Stanley Okumbi has named 25 local based players ahead of their international friendly match against Malawi.

The friendly set for Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos on April 18 will be a third match for the national team side this year following their one-all draw against neighbors, Uganda Cranes and went ahead to pick a 2-1 win against Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) last Month.

Okumbi has posted several matches unbeaten for the national side, a performance that has posted Kenya to position 78 in the latest FIFA rankings.

Harambee Stars moved ten places following a draw and a win in their latest international friendly matches against Uganda and DRC.
